you reminded me how some 5 years ago I decided to start jogging. I dressed up appropriately, walk to the track, started to run, and like after 200m my legs got all wibbley wobbley and I thought I was having a heart attack or something. Now it’s like 7km of slow run, some sweat, and labored breathing, and no thoughts of just laying on a ground and never getting up. Though I’m still not considering myself an athletic person, and neither do I look like one 🙂
